  4. Limit added sugars: Cut back on sugary drinks and snacks. Instead, satisfy your sweet tooth with fresh fruit or a small piece of dark chocolate.

  5. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day. It helps with digestion, keeps your skin glowing, and supports overall health.
